YAY!!!! BIRTHDAY TREAT

I am pretty stoked right now!  Its my 60th birthday on the 21st of Oct.  Our family doesn't really go into birthdays in a big way.  Sometimes it seems kind of silly.  But now and then, when its a real milestone, we go all out.  This year Bill and I decided that we would spend a couple days in Honolulu!!!  I have booked us into a hotel on the beach in Waikiki. We fly over at nine in the morning on the 20th and come home at seven at night on the 22nd!!!

We will be going out to the Red Lobster for dinner on the 20th and I am in the process of choosing a place for my birthday dinner.  The only other really planned thing will be getting the shuttle bus out to the outlet mall.  Its a fabulous mall and kind of a tradition with us.  Other than that we are just going to have fun!!!

The last two days haven't been anything out of the ordinary.  Driving around, parking at beaches, a little shopping....  Today we stopped at Rainbow Park.  Much to my dismay I found I had left my photo  card in the computer.  So I had to use Bill's camera.  I find his camera awesome in some circumstances and too pink in others.  Today was a pink day so had to do some editing.  I will post them at the end here.  I love that place.  If I were getting married again I would choose there.
