DAY FOUR JUICING

Not so hungry tonight, thank goodness.  Had a really quiet putter around and do laundry day.  Added lemon to my juices and it made them a whole lot better.  Have you noticed how many commercials are about food?  So annoying!

There was an amazingly huge surf this week.  We went out to our favourite turtle beach and couldn't believe how big they were.  Got some good pics but they just don't show the sheer size of the waves.

On the way back we stopped off at the hippie vegetarian cafe/store place.  Its funny how these places all smell the same.  Its quite a large place but narrow aisles with tall full stacked shelves.  The floor is old wood and the place is a warren of little pathways that occasionally branch into larger spaces that have become cafe, buffet (vegan), produce displays etc.  I wandered around, taking my time, listening to the various conversations.  So cool.  From new agism s,  Mayan  philosophy, the price of wheat grass for real versus the powder, to a gorgeous mother trailing two beautiful children, whom she turned and smacked both of them, hard, because they asked for something.  Bill came in, looking totally out of place, (as did I) and managed to get two jars of organically made jam into the basket!

 THESE WERE SO HUGE
Home now and going to make a super green juice, which includes powdered wheat grass.  I listened to those people and after all they said realized I couldn't go another minute without it.   TTYL
