DAY SEVEN SHOPPING....AGAIN

Todays shopping was a lot of fun!  This morning Bill went and picked up the two little dressers from Pier 1.  They fit perfectly (pics below) and although there isn't a huge amount of drawer space at least there is some!  I swooped around the condo and did a much needed clean up and laundry load.  I made juice this morning and it was tasty.  I weighed and was down 2 pounds.  I think that is a total of 29 pounds now.  I sure feel skinnier, until I look in the mirror.  "sigh".

Around 2 this afternoon we took off for the shops in Kihei.  I was looking for little things to put on a certain shelf in the spare bedroom.  I had so much fun and once again ended up in the same shop I was in the other day.  The awesome chinese man gave me even more necklaces and bracelets!  And I found a few things I really liked a bought.  We then took off for the store Sand People out in Wailea.  Purchased a few more things.  (pics below).

We then drove to a very isolated awesome beach called Black Sands.  Only a couple of people there so we relaxed and read our books.  Just before leaving around six, Bill got out and walked way down the beach to get some pictures of the sunset.  Earlier  I had noticed a fellow a ways down the beach, too far to really tell age etc... busy digging and building in the sand....all by himself.  Seemed a little strange.  Bill had been gone a while and was way way down the beach and I was busy reading, not paying much attention to outside the car, (both doors were wide open) when suddenly there was someone standing on Bill's side of the car.  The man was about thirty, matted dreadlocks, missing teeth, half dressed, butting out the rest of his fat doobie (sp?) which I could totally smell at this point.  He had the biggest goofiest grin on his kind of not right face.  I must admit I was a little alarmed.  The place was so isolated and Bill was a very very long long way off.  So I made the right noises and tried not to be too encouraging.  He suddenly pulled out a bottle of beer, offered me one, then guzzled it down.  Pulled out another one and guzzled it, all the while going on about how great Maui is and he had to pull himself away from over there cuz he would just forget who he was and where he was and he was hearing someone singing to him and it was beautiful so amazing and.........Holy Hanah!!!  Just as I was beginning to really get worried, pulling out about the fourth beer and downing it, he turned on his heel, went over to his van, got in and drove away!  Drove!

Alls well that ends well I always say!  TTYL

I admire your will power for weighing yourself. That is one thing I can't bring myself to do. I prefer to go by how my clothes are fitting :$
