DAY TWO JUICING TIL XMAS

Another day another pound or two.  Horribly hungry day today and drank a lot of juice.  I even drank two v8 juices.  But we had fun today.  We went hunting for a few things I have been wanting to add to the condo.

Firstly we went to a place called Whalers Village up past Lahaina.  Its very much like the overly expensive  outdoor beautiful mall in Walaia but a few more less expensive stores.  What a lovely place and we did find a few of the things we wanted.    We bought a square wooden tray to hold salt and pepper cellars, soy sauce, chile oil, oil and vinegar etc.  I want to put it on the patio table but not be so large there would be no room left.  We pretty much found all we wanted.  But....to find the wee spoons was going to be a challenge.  We went all over Lahaina and Kihei looking and at the last second stopped at a little markety place in Kihei.  I found this awesome kiosky type store buried in the middle of the crowded place with the most awesome chinese man I have ever met.  He had exactly what I wanted.  When I set it up I will take a pic.   Just before I left the store, he asked how many daughters I have.  I told him three so he gave me three awesome earrings and a bracelet!  He was such a sweetheart.

One thing I found out today by googling and googling and researching.  This wasn't easy but I finally found the RIGHT recipe for that chilli sauce condiment you find on all chinese food restaurant tables. I am going to make it tomorrow.  I will let you know how it works out!
