Our first stop was at the snorkelling bay called Honomua or something like that. So green and blue and beautiful today. When we went there with the girls last week it was windy and murky, but not today! The walk through that jungle is mind boggling it is so beautiful. Took another load of pics. It was sunny today so it looked quite different. (Maybe not THAT different but I couldn't just walk through and not take pictures). Brian and Cookie really thought it was beautiful too.
Then we were off to the blow hole, which was NOT blowing today at all. But still a beautiful spot with the whales leaping about in the distance. Cook and Brian climbed all the way down like April did. But the difference today is about fifteen degrees. It was hot as hell out there and by the time they got back they were pretty wiped out.
Then we were off to the banana bread spots. What a beautiful place they are situated in. We found Lorraine's Banana Bread as suggested by Cookie's family who were here a few months ago. What a fantastic warm welcome we received and the most delicious banana bread and pie. I loved it and Lorraine was a total delight! She entertained and educated us. So much fun.
